The INK apron was designed in collaboration with Luke Satoru, founder of Black Pig tattoo studio. When it comes to individuals who inspire YellowStuff, Luke Satoru hits all the marks: genuine to his craft, daring in his work, and with an unwavering sense of authenticity. Designed and tested by Satoru himself, the apron is a testament to the artist's creativity and dedication to quality.
With a background in textile design, Saturo knew exactly what needed to go into the apron to make it just right. “I wanted to highlight the importance of torso and leg coverage without hindering mobility,” says Satoru. “I avoided adding anything that felt overly designed with too many latches and buckles to deal with.” Made to last just like the ink he so impressively etches into the skin of his customers, the INK features two pieces of fabric that allow for a slim-yet-full-coverage draping over each pant-leg when seated.
