How to use: remove cap, press ON, immerse the probe up to 5 cm in water at ~25°C, wait 10–30 s for the reading to settle, press HOLD, then wipe the probe dry and replace the cap. Not for use in hot water. If "x10" flashes, multiply the reading by 10.
