What is a brew profile?

Think of a brew profile like a brew recipe. We have developed built-in brew profiles for light, medium, and dark roasts, and cold brew, but you can also dial in your own recipe. Customize as many variables as you’d like to create a personal brew profile and share it with others. Once connected, Aiden will automatically download the latest brew profiles for Fellow Drops coffees each week.

If you reserve an Aiden Precision Coffee Maker during presale, you’re guaranteeing you’ll be amongst the earliest to receive the first drip coffee machine to provide the ultimate convenience without sacrificing precision and control.

In addition to receiving Aiden, if you purchase Aiden during presale you’ll also receive three exclusive coffees from our incredible roasting partners that have been hand selected by our in-house Q graders. These coffees will come with roaster-tailored Brew Profiles that you can use on device or via the IoT app. You’ll be able to brew the coffees at home on Aiden with the confidence it will taste exactly as the roaster intended.

If I buy Aiden now, do I receive the exclusive coffees now?

Your three presale coffees will ship with Aiden in September 2024. This will help ensure you get to experience the roaster-created Brew Profiles as the roaster intended on Aiden.

I’m ordering other items in addition to reserving my Aiden - will I receive everything in my order at once?

If you place an order that includes more items than your presale Aiden, you’ll receive your order in two shipments. Your other items will ship immediately if in stock, and your Aiden + early adopter offer will ship in September 2024.

Will Aiden be available in a 220-240V version?

Yes! Aiden will be available in 220-240V markets toward the end of this year.

Is Aiden BPA free?

Aiden is built with high-quality, food-grade plastic (BPA-free), stainless steel, and silicone so that you can brew with peace of mind.
