French Press

New Standard French Press Recipe:
● Brew Time: 4 minutes
● Coffee: 8-10 Tbsp or 50-60g
● Water Temp: Water just off the boil Coffee Grind: coarse, even grind

Instructions:
1. Grind coffee to a coarse and even grind
2. Insert the quick release basket into French press
3. Pour 8-10 tablespoons of ground coffee into the basket
4. Add hot water to the fill line, stirring to fully saturate the grounds
5. Add lid and plunger and allow coffee to brew for 4 minutes. Do not press the plunger down until brewing is complete.
6. After brewing is complete, slowly press the plunger until you feel a click
7. Grabbing the lid, slowly pull the top assembly out of the French press. Allow the basket to drain for ten seconds.
8. Hold the assembly over a sink or other safe place and disconnect the basket using the release button. Caution, it will be hot!
9. Replace the lid and plunger without the basket 10. Align the flat side of the lid with the spout to pour, and align with the handle to seal 11. Enjoy your coffee!
