A simple, reliable TDS meter for checking and controlling your brewing water. Measures total dissolved solids via conductivity and includes a temperature reading so you can confirm your water is in range before every brew.

• Check base water TDS before brewing
• Verify concentration after adding APAX LAB mineral concentrates
• Keep dilution consistent from recipe to recipe
• Hold button locks the reading on screen

How to use: remove cap, press ON, immerse the probe up to 5 cm in water at ~25°C, wait 10–30 s for the reading to settle, press HOLD, then wipe the probe dry and replace the cap. Not for use in hot water. If "x10" flashes, multiply the reading by 10.
