Rivers, which releases drinkware in various genres such as coffee and outdoor, actually has something that can be called a mission. That is to "propose various 'lifestyles' based on drinkware". Recent products have also been born from this trend.
The reason why I suddenly started with such a story is that the “Loop Air” that was released this time was also the starting point. It is precisely because we intend to offer unique products in the coffee and outdoor genres that we have come up with a genre that we would like to challenge.
That is drinkware for everyday life .
From walking, remote work, fitness, to trendy saunas. I wanted to create a bottle that can be used for multiple purposes in a wide variety of daily lives.
Behind this is the existence of Rivers' standard outdoor bottle called "Stout Air". So-called lightweight multi-bottle. This is one of the series based on the concept of "a water bottle that feels like a plastic bottle", and we aimed for a bottle that is easier to carry around than a water bottle. Development of the Loop Air has also started without changing this point of view.
There are two features that I would like you to know. One is the narrow mouth that also creates the impressive silhouette of Loop Air . This is a device to make it easy to drink while walking or exercising. The drink outlet is narrow, so it is difficult to spill at the mouth.
And since it's something you use on a daily basis, it should be easy to clean! To make it easier to wash the bottle, we made the caliber wider and made it easier to wash the inside by removing the lid.
Another feature is portability . In fact, when designing a multi-bottle, it is an important element to have a "handle". It's hard for people with small hands to grab a bottle with a drink in it. That's why various manufacturers have developed their own handles. Is it possible to make the handle more suitable for daily life? From there, we came up with the idea of a “loop handle” that is easy to grab and carry, and that can be stored in the lid when not in use. Since it is integrated with the lid, it can be easily hidden in the bag used for commuting to work or school.
How would you use this bottle?
There are as many daily lives as there are people. I'm excited that it will be used in ways we can't even imagine.
